Our experience with ROD was fabulous from start to finish. From the time we reached out to the time we checked out the entire team was amazing - in terms of communication, organization and support.The apartment was fantastic in every way-in terms of cleanliness, comfort and location and the property manager was readily available and helpful for whatever was needed.It really enhanced our trip. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at ROD and we look forward to hopefully another stay soon! Highly recommend the apartment and ROD!

Clean, comfortable and modern. Nice building, very quiet and pretty street. Good location for shul. Easy access to cafes and makolet. Manager very friendly and most responsive.
We had an amazing stay. The accommodations were excellent, beautiful and most importantly clean! Couldn't ask for a better location and to top it off the Apt manager was quite helpful! Highly recommend
We were so happy to be in Israel and Jerusalem. The apartment was near perfect as could be; excellent location, all details that were advertised were exact, perfect venue for a family of 6. All the staff at "Rentals of Distinction" were very professional, helpful and supportive. The site manager was wonderful. Look forward to returning to Jerusalem and returning to the apartment.
We were greeted upon arrival by a warm and helpful apartment manager. He patiently walked us through each room of the apartment showing us features and explaining how to use ac, hot water urn etc. The apartment was well stocked with assorted paper goods, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. The rooms all had clean linens and an ample supply of towels. The porches were a beautiful added bonus that we enjoyed. All in all our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you.
We used rentals of distinction to find us an apartment for our recent trip to Israel. We found them to be extremely helpful and professional. The apartment itself was amazing! It was beautiful, spacious, clean, American mattresses, English wording on the washer and dryer, etc David who showed us around was extremely helpful. Sent us a video showing exactly how to get in and what the codes were. They worked with us when we were landing early in the morning and needed early check-in. And they worked with us again when we needed to do late check out. Would definitely use them again!

We made a reservation with Rentals of Distinction for a beautiful apartment of the Kriegers from LA, but then canceled due to the current Covid lockdown in Israel. The entire team have been wonderfully understanding, helpful, pleasant, and patient through the entire process of reserving and cancelling. We found the customer service to be truly excellent. When we canceled, we were expeditiously refunded the rental money. We hope to rent from the team in the future.
Thank you once again to the Rentals of Distinction team. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, clean, modern apartment. The apartment’s location on a quiet street in Rechavia was great. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The second porch off the master bedroom was a treat. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. And of course, the service was terrific. It felt like home.
Over the years, I have rented from RoD over 10 times. The reason is twofold: 1) Inventory: IMHO, they have a great lineup of available apts, in the best locations: modern, clean, well-equipped and maintained to a high level. When I'm in Israel, I want everything easy and well-done. I dont want to hustle or hassle. 2) Service: this latest rental of ours was in the Ben Maimon apt. As we were there for an extended stay, over time, things come up. We received only the very best service from Akiva and the gang. Problem with the router? they called HOT for us, to solve the problem. Problem with the TV? they were onsite in a short time to fix. This is why we've used them over 10 times. I strongly recommend them to anyone who's interested in a very comfortable Israel vacation.
This apartment was superb in every way!!! Even before we got there akiva heard what I needed and listened to my requirements and was totally on target! We got there and David was there for anything I needed with a smile and good word. The apartment was everything as described and more!! Brand new, clean, modern with every amenity and every detail I needed for Shabbos especially with a large family in tow. From Shabbos lights to hot water urn to crock pot, candles and havdala... every detail was taken care of with a stunning kitchen to work with! Separate ac/heat controls in every room was so perfect for my boys as they love it freezing and I don’t! And the best part was that after every long amazing day being out all day in our holy land we got to come home and conk out in the most comfy new needs and sleep so well!! Thank you for making our special family celebration into the perfect trip of a lifetime. This apartment was the icing on the best cake ever!! Thank you thank you!! Would use it anytime over any 5 star hotel!!
This apartment has everything you need it is clean, modern and spacious. They even have the small things like travel soap bottles and shampoo and came with more than enough towels ect…
What a fabulous apartment!! So clean, fresh and so tastefully done. Double sinks and ovens in the kitchen and a gorgeous brand new fridge. Four fantastic bedrooms with the cutest little Shabbos lamps mounted ontop of each bed. Bathrooms were gorgeous! A wonderful spacious porch right off the living room/dining room. Akiva and his team were so accommodating to work with and we look forward to booking this beautiful apartment again in the future when we return with our children. I cannot recommend this gem of an apartment enough! Thank you!!
This apartment was perfection! Clean, modern and spacious! Amazing location. Tall ceilings, and we each got our own room which was such a treat! It completely took our visit in israel from great to AMAZING! Thanks for this wonderful rental, we look forward to using you again in the future.
