Their team provided all the information we needed, including clear entry instructions, and how-to videos for the apartment's appliances, and even arranged for our airport transportation, which made the trip stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, fully equipped with everything we could need, and located in the perfect central spot near the Shuk, Ben Yehuda, and the Old City. The building had a shabbos elevator, the front desk staff were always polite, and getting around was easy. Overall, the apartment and the booking service were outstanding, and truly enhanced our trip!
